May favourites

I know i've not blogged in ages (please don't kill me) but I was busy with school, I had a load of test and it was my brothers birthday but I am back and the month is over so I thought I would do another favourites. 

1. Polyvore
So I had never really used polyvore before but I thought I would try it out and I can honestly say it has become one of my favourite sites. If you don't know what it is then it's this site where you can make your own outfits and if you see anything you like it gives you the place it came from and you can go buy it there.

2.Over-sized jumpers
I don't know why but I have gotten into wearing over-sized jumpers a lot recently and I think I have a problem now. I have SO many on my amazon wishlist and so many favorites on polyvore  I dunno I just love over-sized jumpers 




3.The hobbit: The battle of five armies 
I bought this for my brothers b-day and I watched the first one and about half way through I got bored (because it's such a long movie) and then my brother  for his sixteenth borrowed the second from his friend and I watched all of that and then I bought him the third one and I actually really liked it. 


4. Bands 
I have recently gotten really into bands, I liked a few before but now I am listening to bands 24/7. It started with 5sos then nirvana and then just so many after.

6. Mockingjay part 1 
So I watched this at my friends house and I loved it, i know some people say it was a let down but I guess i didn't set my expectations too high and even though i felt like they had rushed the end a little bit I still liked it. I think I'm gonna like part 2 better because that's when most of the action comes in but (SPOILER ALERT) if finnick and prim die in the film I will cry.



7.Blindside (movie)
Okay so we watched this film in school for R.E and I actually really liked it. It's a true story about this black guy called Michael oar who comes from a bad place and has had a bad start but this family decide to bring them into their home and discover he is good at football, the movie is about their life and how they go through people saying they're only doing it out of white guilt and people at Michaels school being racist. But in the end Michael gets accepted to college and plays for a really good football team. It does get emotional and I almost cried at the end (call me a wimp if you want) but I liked the movie.

1000 VIEWS THANK YOU GUYS

OH. MY. GOD. 
we just hit 1000 page views!!!!!
I cannot begin to explain how happy I am and I know for some of you 1000 doesn't seem like much but for me it's amazing 
I mean a month  ago we had 600 page views then in under a week we got another  200 and then a few weeks later we hit 1000 for me that is insane and I know I do this kinda thing a lot but I really want you guys to know that I care and that I'm actually here that I'm not just a person who puts posts up and doesn't do anything else, doesn't interact doesn't let their readers interact with them I can't believe how fast this blog is growing that I said "we" hit 1000 page views because if you guys weren't here coming back and reading my posts I wouldn't be doing them its not just all about me and I don't want to be seen as someone who is like "oh yeah 1000 page views so what" because I do care so thank you thank you thank you guys for this I really hope when I do these types of posts it goes unheard like you feel like I say it too much and it just becomes another thing because I really do mean it from the bottom of my heart all I ask is you keep coming back to read my posts and if you want comment! I want to know you guys are there and yes I know some of you maybe some of you can't or don't want to but you don't have too! but yeah thank you guys again and HUGS FOR EVERYONE LOVE YOU ALL

12 random things about me

Okay so I said I would do another facts about me thing so here it is 



1. I have about a billion nicknames that friends have given me (all nice ones)
2. I listen to all types of music
3.I wear glasses
4.I have been properly riding horses for about 4 years.
5.I have a very big family all together but I live with my brother and my parents
6.I am a tomboy but I'm not a complete tomboy (I don't like to wear dresses or makeup unless I'm doing something that I need to wear a dress. But I'm not so tomboy that I don't do anything to do with fashion or stuff like that) 
7.I'm good at musical stuff I write songs, play instruments 
8.I can be serious when I want to be but I can also act like a kid
9.I live in scotland 
10. I love the band 5 seconds of summer.
11. I have brown and blonde ombre hair
12. I've been playing guitar for almost 5 years harp for about 2 years and I know a little piano

things I am obsessed with

So a few days ago I realized I was obsessed with quite a few things and I'm not sure if its healthy or not :P so I thought I would share my obsessions with you because why not.


1. The walking dead 
Okay so I am very obsessed with zombie apocalypses (I dunno why) and My obsession with the walking dead started with the video game and then I read the comics and then I found the TV show on the guide one day and I my reaction was like this 

so yeah I managed to watch the whole of season five in a week.


2. 5 seconds of summer 
I didn't really know the band and the only song I knew was 
 'she looks so perfect' but my friend was into them and she asked me if I liked them and I said they were okay and then she kinda got me into them a bit more and now they're my favourite band. Me and my friend are always talking about them (lol) and yeah my favourite person in the band is Ashton <3 and I love all their songs but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Don't stop. 

3. Vinyl pop (funko pop)
I've talked about these before but I love them so much and they look so cute but creepy at the same time! (well some of them do) 


4. Rilakkuma/Korliakkuma 

I think it was Rilakkuma that got my japanese things obsession and I don't know why but I love them. I originally called them donut bears because I watch adventure time and if you watch adventure time you know they have these  party bears just in random episodes and Rilakkuma look a little like them.

5. gudetama. 
So a little while back Sanrio brought out a new thing called Gudetama and its a lazy egg and I think its so cute and I dunno I just love it but I can't find merch ANYWHERE so if you know a place I can get gudetama stuff online PLEASE tell me!



6. anime 

I think I've always been into anime but I didn't get really into it until the end of 2013 when I watched my first studio ghibli film Ponyo, I always used to watch pokemon and I remember watching this anime called Tokyo mew mew at my grans house when I was around eight. Now I am really into anime and if I had to recommend an anime I would say helsing its a horror anime and its really good but if you were new to the whole anime thing I would say Toradora is a good(but short) anime to watch. 


7. Disney
I don't know if this is an obsession but I love all thing disney I don't know why but I just do 
and Big hero 6 is my favourite disney film

Review video games 5

Okay so I only want to talk about one video game but i thought it would make this post really short so I say a few things I really like in video games 



I Remember the rain 
So this is a really short game but it's about this man who has just lost his wife in a car crash and basically you just play as this guy and the guy just goes along saying stuff in the background about how he is dealing with his loss and the feelings he is going through. The game is really simple and short but it leaves you with this feeling inside you can't explain and thats why I thought I would share it 


Things I like in games 
So when I'm playing a game there are a few things that stand out to me 
1. Art style 
I am a big fan of art style in games and if I find a certain type I like it will stick with me. I like it when a game is like the little 2-D pixelated games and I also really like the art style in JazzPunk thats why Jazzpunk is one of my favourite games 





2. Soundtrack

I really like it if a game has a good soundtrack like if has music in the background or in cut scenes if its good music and the tune  can get stuck in my head I will remember that game for a long time and it's one of the main reasons I like To the Moon so much is because of the soundtrack

how to control frizzy/uncontrollable hair

So my hair is pretty uncontrollable and fluffy and it gets in knots a lot and my hair really needs to be take care of because I have blonde dip dye in my hair (anyone who has their hair dyed will know you have to take care of your hair) I have to use a lot of serums to stop the ends splitting and the dye drying out and make my hair dry. I know a few other have the same type of problem and I found a way of controlling it and thought I would share it. (I am not sponsored btw)

*this method is the one i use for when I wash my hair so yeah

1. brush out any tangles before washing hair
2. Use john frieda frizz ease smooth start shampoo all over  hair then wash out 







3. Then use Frizz ease smooth start conditioner only use on about half way down your hair *not on the top as it says on the bottle not to use on roots

4. brush through hair with conditioner still in it then rinse conditioner out
5.after you've washed your hair use fizz ease extra strength hair serum (for wet hair) on the ends of your hair *do not rinse out

6. Blow dry hair while brushing hair with brush

7.when dried brush again and if you want straighten it and use Frizz ease 3-day straight semi permanent styling spray and you're done! 


Also if you're not washing your hair you can use one of these serums below to stop the ends of your hair from becoming dry or splitting
Frizz ease secret agent perfecting creme OR frizz ease expert finish polishing serum

top 5 Japanese snacks

So when ever I post these you guys always seem to enjoy them so I thought I would post another of my favourite japanese things and this time I'm doing snacks. Everything you see here you can get at this site called tofu cute. (just want to say this is not a sponsored post)


1. Pocky 
So pocky is my FAVOURITE japanese snack in the world 
Pocky is basically wafer biscuit sticks covered  with different flavored chocolate or cream  
2. Collon 
So collon is like these little biscuit things that have a different filling inside and they taste SO GOOD and they're like little tubes with filling in the middle and the outside of them is kinda flakey
 

3. HI-chew
So Hi-chews are just  fruity chewy sweets but they are good 


4.Ramune 
Ramune is a soda drink that you can get in all different flavours from strawberry to banana


5. Japanese kit kats 
We have kitkats here in the UK but in japan they have all these different flavoured ones like we have normal orange or mint but they have ones like melon, strawberry, green tea and rum and raisin even wasabi 




So there you go there is my list of my top 5 japanese snack and I just want to say (if it wasn't already obvious) that i had to use pictures from google cause my camera isn't working
